Effective Upon Purchase
Alyra grants you (the Buyer) a:
Non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Lifetime access for personal/and commercial use only.
Non-sublicensable right to use the purchased digital product (e.g., course, template, software).
Sole Accountability:
You assume full responsibility for how the product is used.
Alyra bears zero liability for consequences arising from:
Illegal, unethical, or harmful applications.
Violations of third-party rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
Financial/reputational damages caused by your usage.
Strict Prohibitions:
🚫 Never use purchased products to:
Commit fraud, harassment, discrimination, or cybercrimes.
Harm individuals, groups, or organizations.
Violate laws (local/international).
🚫 No redistribution, resale, or public sharing.
"Under no circumstances will Alyra be held liable for:
Criminal acts, legal violations, or damages caused by your misuse.
Financial losses, data breaches, or personal injury stemming from product application.
Third-party claims against you arising from license violations."
IP Retention: Alyra retains all ownership rights to the product.
Termination: We may revoke your license without refund if you:
Use the product illegally/unethically.
Breach this agreement.
Legal Action: Alyra reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations.
Brazilian Law (LGPD) and GDPR (if applicable).
Disputes resolved in Maracaju-MS courts.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
By purchasing, you confirm:
"I accept full liability for my use of this product. I will not use it for illegal or harmful purposes, and I release Alyra from all related claims."
